Board of Directors

VIRC is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation registered in the State of Washington. It is governed by a seven-person Board, five of whom are elected by Masters rowers and one by Junior parents, each serving staggered three-year terms, and the Chair of the Junior Committee. Officers may or may not be Board members.
